1. Acceptance and use
By using ANVORIC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, use ANVORIC only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or another person legally able to act for you.
2. ANVORIC is not an emergency service
ANVORIC is not an ambulance, police, fire, rescue, medical, or emergency-dispatch service. SOS, email, push, calling, and messaging features are communication tools intended to help you reach people you choose. In a real emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service directly whenever possible.
3. Alert delivery is not guaranteed
Emergency alerts may be delayed, fail, or become unavailable because of internet connectivity, mobile networks, device settings, permissions, battery state, third-party services, or other technical conditions. Do not rely on ANVORIC as your only emergency communication method.
4. Health and first-aid information
Health tracking, report explanations, medication reminders, wellness information, and first-aid guidance are intended for general information and personal organization. They do not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency care.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your device and account reasonably secure and for providing information that is sufficiently accurate for the features you choose to use. Do not use another person's account without permission.
6. Emergency contacts and guardians
Only add emergency contacts, guardians, or family members when you are entitled to provide their contact details and contact them for the purposes you select. You are responsible for keeping those details reasonably current.
7. Privacy and consent
Personal information is handled in accordance with the ANVORIC Privacy Policy and the Privacy & Consent controls available inside the app. Optional analytics and research choices do not affect core SOS, health, medication, or family functionality.
8. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorized access to ANVORIC or its systems; intentionally interfere with or damage the service; send fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally misleading emergency alerts; use ANVORIC to violate applicable law; or use ANVORIC to endanger or unlawfully interfere with another person.
9. Third-party services
ANVORIC depends on device operating systems, internet and mobile networks, cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, push-notification systems, email delivery providers, and other third-party services. Those systems can experience outages or changes outside ORSABEX's reasonable control.
10. Availability and changes
ORSABEX may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement. These Terms may be updated when ANVORIC materially changes.
11. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ORSABEX is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including failures of networks, devices, permissions, operating systems, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
